I’m Jamie Schwegel. I am thrilled to give you the tools and mentorship to "awaken" your true self in the areas of mind, body and soul. Living in your truest and most authentic form is a vital part to living your best days in ALL areas of your life with more Love, Joy, Happiness, and Peace from within yourself. Wellness plays a big role and I am also here to guide and mentor you with tips and education on connecting your body with "healthier" options so you can Thrive and Be Alive as long your heart desires. I can personally tell you from my own personal healing journey, when I began to do the "Heart" and "Hard" work of inner work connecting the mind, body, and soul, that is where my transformation began and it was the most FREEING thing I have done with my life.
